Yesterday afternoon we hit up the WAT-AAH! Foundation's Move Your Body 2013 Flash Workout at The Avenues World School in New York City, an annual event that supports First Lady Michelle Obama's Let's Move! Initiative.
But we weren't the only ones who were there to exercise. Bella Thorne, Mindless Behavior, R5, and Jacob Latimore all showed up ready to sweat it out alongside hundreds of kids in a fun, flash workout.
J-14 caught up with the Mindless Behavior guys on the red carpet, and asked them to show us their best Michelle Obama arms. Check them flexing for the camera in our exclusive clip below, as well as some fun photos from the event!
