Je t'aime Justin Bieber! Justin took home top honors at the 2012 NRJ Awards in Cannes, France, on Saturday. The singer won Artist of the Year at the French-equivalent of the Grammys. "I never thought i would ever get out of Stratford and now I'm celebrating in France. Never gets old. ALWAYS grateful!" Justin Tweeted.
