Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez reunited over the weekend in New York City after Selena got back from the South American leg of her We Own The Night tour, and Justin surprised Selena with an early Valentine's gift: A diamond "J" ring. "I'm finally home," Selena wrote on Instagram with the photo above.
