Since leaving a treatment center for "emotional and physical" issues, Demi Lovato has been very open with her fans about her struggles with depression, eating disorders, and cutting herself. But now, she's diving in deeper, letting MTV cameras follow her around on her new special Demi Lovato: Stay Strong. "I wanted to share my story but I knew it had to be honest, it had to be real," Demi says. "I have daily challenges but so do many kids who are struggling to feel comfortable in their own skin. If opening up and sharing my story inspires even one person to stay strong or to get the help they need, I've succeeded."
The one-hour documentary features Demi embarking on her first heading tour, heading back to Dallas, TX, to celebrate Thanksgiving with her family, and even includes Demi's recent visit to speak to the patients at Timberline Knolls, the treatment center where she also entered to get help in October 2010.
