Last night, Demi Lovato bared her soul in her MTV special Demi Lovato: Stay Strong, and she's received an outpouring of support from friends, fans, and fellow celebs for opening up about the physical and emotional issues she's faced.
Pals like So Random's Tiffany Thornton and on-again/off-again boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama voiced their support before the show, and a slew of other stars chimed in after viewing:
