Since 2007, the cast of iCarly has made us laugh hysterically each week, but alas, all good things must come to an end. Nickelodeon just announced that iCarly will wrap up for good this year after five successful seasons.

Miranda Cosgrove, Jennette McCurdy, Noah Munck, Nathan Kress, and Jerry Trainor (who plays Carly's older brother) will join together one last time in June to film an iCarly finale special, which is set to air this November.

Dan Schneider, the show's creator and executive producer, shared this statement: "I hope iCarly's legacy will be that it's a truly funny TV show that made people of all ages laugh, smile, and feel good. To the iCarly fans, I'd say, 'Thank you' a million times, for the love, support and true passion they've shown for iCarly. It's the fans that made iCarly a huge hit, and invited us into their homes on a daily basis."

But it's not all sad news -- Jennette McCurdy (who plays Sam on iCarly) will be starring in her very own Nickelodeon series after iCarly finishes!

Are you sad to hear that iCarly is ending after five seasons? Are you excited about Jennette McCurdy's new show?
