After many rumors about who would land the coveted role, it has been confirmed that Jena Malone will play Johanna Mason in Catching Fire, the highly anticipated sequel to The Hunger Games!
Johanna is a young woman who is forced into the Games because she is the only remaining female victor from District 7.
Before the casting was confirmed, it was also rumored that model Zoe Aggeliki and 'Alice in Wonderland''s Mia Wasikowska were in the lead for the role. You may know Jena from her hit films 'Sucker Punch' and 'Pride & Prejudice' -- and while any of the choices would've been awesome, we're sure she'll make a great Johanna!
The role of Finnick Odair may also be taken soon. Sam Claflin, who can be seen in 'Snow White and the Huntsman,' is supposedly close to playing the hunky Tribute.
Look for Catching Fire to hit theaters Nov. 22, 2013.
